Maven Thread 4″ Wide Workout Headbands for Women (4 Pack) – Experiencing heart rate spikes from your flailing arms during your runs because you’re trying to fight what feels like little spider webs sticking all over your sweaty face? These help. And bonus, they work as ear covers to keep your ears from freezing during cold weather runs.

Nike Zoom Fly 6 Women’s Racing Shoe – These are the bounciest running shoes that I’ve tried. Helped with my shin splints and made me feel faster. *Feel* is a keyword here. That’s all that matters.

Lululemon Fast and Free High-Rise Tight 25″ 5 Pocket – It’s like running without pants on, but with support at the same time. I can’t really explain it further.

Proof Labs AirPod Ear Hook Covers (4 Pack) – My stupid AirPods would not stay in my stupid ears and let me tell you how stupid running was until I got these stupid little wonderful things. Highly recommend.

Clip-On Flashlight – If you run outside in the dark, this little light will help you avoid running into things and will help things not run into you. I tried clipping it to my pants, but it bounced around too much, so I clipped it to the front of my Maven Thread headband (link above). Did I look like I was about to head out for a cute day of work in a coal mine? Yes. Did it make running less miserable? Absolutely.

Nike Women’s Indy High Support Padded Adjustable Sports Bra – I’ve tried every high impact, no bounce sports bra out there (basically). I can actually breathe in this one and it doesn’t feel like I’m wearing a bulletproof vest with no rooms for my lungs to expand. And the best part… no movement whatsoever.
