Olaplex No. 5 Blonde Enhancer Toning Conditioner – not the shampoo. Just the conditioner. I’ve never understood blonde shampoo. Won’t it just rinse off after you do conditioner? So, just do toning conditioner. I’ve tried others but keep going back to this one.
